Two-Stroke Gasoline Chainsaw

You can choose BOSI as your supplier of two-stroke gasoline chainsaw, with a 54.5cc engine, 2.4kW power, and a 20-inch guide plate. It features a thickened brake plate for rapid braking, a split-type shock-absorbing suspension, an automatic carburetor for easy starting, a new ABS housing that is heat-resistant and age-resistant, and an imported, wear-resistant chain. Suitable for logging, forestry harvesting, and home sawing in environments without electricity. Inquiries and samples are welcome.

BOSI is a professional factory that offers a two-stroke gasoline chainsaw specifically designed for field operations without electricity. It uses a 54.5cc engine with a power output of 2.4kW at 8500rpm and a 20-inch guide plate.

Features include a thickened brake plate for rapid braking in emergencies to prevent injury; a split-type shock-absorbing suspension for efficient shock absorption and a comfortable grip; an automatic carburetor for easy starting and fuel efficiency; a new ABS engineering material housing that is heat-resistant and age-resistant; and an imported chain that is wear-resistant and has a long service life.

The oil tank has a capacity of 260ml, the fuel tank has a capacity of 450ml, the ignition method is CDI, and the machine weighs 9kg. Suitable for situations without power supply, such as logging in forests, pruning in orchards, and chopping wood at home.

Product Working Principle

Two-stroke engine: Completes one power stroke per revolution, high power density, lightweight, suitable for portable tools. Fuel and engine oil are mixed in a ratio (usually 25:1-40:1), with the engine oil participating in lubrication of the cylinder and piston.

Linked carburetor: Integrates throttle and choke linkage mechanism, automatically adjusts the air-fuel mixture concentration during cold starts, reducing the number of times the rope needs to be pulled, making starting easier.

Centrifugal clutch: The clutch disengages when the engine is idling, and the chain does not rotate; when the accelerator is pressed, centrifugal force causes the clutch shoes to engage, driving the chain to rotate, ensuring safety and saving fuel.

Split-type shock-absorbing suspension: The engine and handle are isolated by rubber shock absorbers, greatly reducing vibration transmission to the arm, preventing numbness during long-term operation.

Thickened brake pad: In an emergency, pushing the brake pad forward quickly locks the clutch drum via a mechanical linkage, stopping the chain rotation within 0.1 seconds to prevent rebound injury.

FAQ

Q: What to do if a gasoline chainsaw is difficult to start?

A: Check if the fuel mixture ratio is correct (25:1-40:1 recommended, follow the manual); check if the spark plugs are carbon-deposited or damp; open the choke, pull the engine a few times without moving, then close the choke and start; check if the air filter is clogged.

Q: Chain not turning or weak cutting?

A: Check if the chain is too tight or stuck; check if the clutch is worn and slipping; check if the air filter is clogged causing a power drop; check if the spark plugs are malfunctioning.

Q: Unstable engine idle speed or automatic stalling?

A: Adjust the carburetor idle screw; check if the fuel filter is clogged; check if the crankshaft oil seal is leaking.

Q: How to maintain a gasoline chainsaw?

A: Clean the guide plate groove and sprocket of wood chips after each use; check the chain tension regularly; empty the fuel tank after use and idle the carburetor to burn off all the fuel; replace the air filter and spark plugs regularly.

Q: What is the oil-to-gasoline ratio for a two-stroke engine?

A: It is recommended to use high-quality two-stroke engine oil, 25:1 during the break-in period, and 30:1 or 40:1 for normal use (follow the manual for details). Do not use four-stroke engine oil.
