For pack the goods better, we accept the order minimum as one carton
What is your term of payment?
We accept T/T, and other payment method as discussed.
Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
We are willing to provide any samples with charge however we will count it as part of our first deal.

Yuyao, Zhejiang. in the middle of Hangzhou and Ningbo.
How long it will take from guangzhou to your factory?
If you are in Guangzhou, we recommend you to come and visti our branch office in Foshan.
How far is your factory from the airport?
Our factory is about one hour away from the Ningbo or Hangzhou Airport.
How far is your factory from the city hotel?
Our factory is about 30mins away from the city center.
Do you have any real project pictures of the equipment?
We will be pleased to show you our catalog, and if you need any pictures of our products, please contact us.

Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?
Yes, we have a branch office in Foshan as well
Will you will attend the fair to show your products?
yes, we are going to attend Canton Fair, and other fairs we will post also the news.
Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
Our spare parts are specially made for our products, so it would be better if the were used on our products.
When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
One week before the spring festival, and one week after
Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
Yes sure, we have a professional team to help you load anything
Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
We'd prefer not to do that, but we can discuss on the details.
You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
It depends on the scale of your local market.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, and for long-term partners, O/A up to 60 days.

What is your average lead time?
Samples: 7-15 days. Bulk hand tools: 30-45 days. Bulk power tools: 45-60 days. Rush orders available upon negotiation.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We offer custom logo printing (laser, silk screen), custom packaging, and product modifications. Over 60% of our orders are OEM/ODM
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For sample orders, there is NO MOQ. For bulk orders, MOQ is typically 500 pieces for hand tools and 100 pieces for power tools. We also offer mixed container options.
