BOSI's Two-Layer Portable Toolbox is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel with a fine sandblasted finish, offering scratch resistance, solvent resistance, and strong rust prevention. The lid and body are tightly joined by a precision interlocking structure, ensuring durability. A movable handle on top provides ergonomic ease of one-handed carrying. Dimensions are 450×200×195mm, with two layers for categorized storage of commonly used tools. Four units per box, suitable for home repairs, electrician travel, and emergency vehicle use.

Product Details

Lid and body joint: Reinforced hinges ensure smooth opening and closing, and a tight, seamless seal to prevent dust from entering.

Movable handle: Metal material covered with a plastic sleeve, comfortable to hold, strong load-bearing capacity, and can withstand full load carrying.

Sandblasted paint coating: Uniform thickness, no drips at the edges, passes scratch resistance test, and resistant to common solvents (gasoline, alcohol) wiping.

Bottom structure: Flat and reinforced, increasing impact resistance, stable and does not tip over when placed.

Size Marking: External dimensions 450×200×195mm, internal space can accommodate common hand tools.

Precautions for Use

Avoid overloading: Although it is made of steel plate, it is not advisable to place heavy or sharp heavy tools to prevent deformation of the bottom plate.

Drop Prevention: The total weight may exceed 10kg when fully loaded. Be careful on slippery surfaces when carrying to prevent the box from falling and damaging the hinges.

Cleaning and maintenance: The sand paint surface can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove oil stains. Do not use steel wire balls or hard scrapers to avoid scratching the coating.

Storage environment: Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight or high humidity environments. Although rust proof, extreme conditions may affect the lifespan of the paint surface.

Regular inspection: Before use, check whether the hinge screws are loose and whether the movable handle is cracked.
