We offer one-on-one selection guidance and customized services. Inquiries by phone or online are welcome.
The essence of a Li-ion nail gun is to convert the battery's electrical energy into an instantaneous high-energy release, driving a nail into the workpiece through the impact of a firing pin. BOSI Li-ion nail guns follow two technological paths.
The Rechargeable nail gun F30 is powered by a 20V/2.0Ah lithium battery driving a powerful motor. The motor rotates, compressing a spring via a gear set to store energy. When the trigger is pulled, the spring releases instantaneously, driving the firing pin to strike the head of an F30 straight nail forcefully, and the nail flies out along the nosepiece and is driven into wood or panels. The magazine holds 100 nails, suitable for nail lengths of 10-30mm, and the tool weighs 2.1 kg.
The Li-ion Cordless Gas Nail Gun uses a gas-and-battery hybrid drive—the 7.2V/1.5Ah battery handles circuit control and fan operation. When the trigger is pulled, the gas canister injects a metered amount of fuel that mixes with air. The spark plug ignites the mixture, generating explosive thrust that drives the firing pin to shoot the nail out at high speed, capable of driving into concrete and steel structures. The magazine holds 30 nails, suitable for nail diameters of 2.5-3.0mm and lengths of 15-40mm. The bare tool weighs 3.3 kg.
Both models feature a quick-change magazine and rapid-fire design, allowing continuous nailing on a single reload without needing an external air compressor or air hose, enabling flexible operation both indoors and outdoors.
BOSI Li-ion nail guns can handle various nailing needs across materials from home improvement to industrial applications:
The Li-ion Cordless Gas Nail Gun, with its powerful gas explosive force, can drive steel nails into concrete components and brick wall surfaces.
It is used for fastening pipe and cable supports, mounting cable trays, and reinforcing building formwork, requiring no pre-drilling or expansion bolts.
The Gas Nail Gun is compatible with high-strength steel nails and can drive them into steel structure webs, angle iron brackets, and thin metal sheets, suitable for continuous nailing in bridge engineering and steel structure construction.
The Rechargeable nail gun F30 is suitable for furniture assembly, wood frame nailing, and joining plywood and particleboard; the Gas Nail Gun can also drive nails into squared timber, wooden joists, pallets, and packing crates.
F30 straight nails, with lengths of 10-30mm, are suitable for fixing baseboards, door frame moldings, and decorative trim strips; the small nail holes help with subsequent painting and finishing.
For fastening corrugated sheets, plastic buckle boards, and thin aluminum sheets, the Rechargeable nail gun's lightweight body is suitable for one-handed operation in confined spaces.

The primary consideration for selection is the material to be nailed into. For lightweight nailing into wood, panels, and decorative moldings, the Rechargeable nail gun features a large 100-nail magazine capacity, reducing the frequency of reloading, and its lightweight 2.1 kg design is suitable for prolonged operation.
If nailing into hard materials such as concrete and steel structures, the Gas Nail Gun is essential; its gas explosive force drives nails directly without pre-drilling. Both models feature a cordless portable design and come standard with two batteries and one charger for rotational use.

Common Problem |
Cause Analysis |
Solution |
Corresponding BOSI Design |
|
Nail won’t fully drive or depth is insufficient |
Low battery power, insufficient gas, or mismatched nail specification |
Replace with a fully charged battery or a new gas canister; confirm the nail length and diameter match the workpiece material |
The Gas Nail Gun’s powerful explosive force is adapted for hard materials; the cordless model has a powerful 20V motor |
|
Nail jam or failure to eject smoothly |
Dust buildup in the magazine, or deformed nails stuck in the firing channel |
Clean dust from the magazine and nosepiece, remove deformed nails, and reload |
The quick-change magazine is convenient to detach; the channel design prevents jamming |
|
Skipped shots or failure to fire in rapid succession |
Incomplete trigger return or abnormal gas injection volume |
Fully release the trigger before pulling again; check the gas adjustment setting |
Rapid-fire design for smooth continuous nailing |
|
Insufficient battery runtime |
Prolonged continuous operation or aging battery |
Rotate between two batteries and one charger; store with a 30%–50% charge |
The gas model features a power-efficient 7.2V design; the cordless model has a long-lasting 20V/2.0Ah battery |
|
Worn or deformed nosepiece |
Prolonged contact with hard workpiece surfaces or being dropped |
Check if the nosepiece is deformed; replace if necessary |
The nosepiece material is wear-resistant; the overall lightweight design reduces operator fatigue |
Use the original charger for charging. Protect the battery from high-temperature exposure. Use only the specified gas canister model for the Gas Nail Gun, and keep it away from open flames and high-temperature sources. When replacing the gas canister, do so in a well-ventilated area.
Wear safety goggles during nailing operations. When using the Gas Nail Gun on concrete, the noise level is significant, so additional earplugs should be worn. When loading the magazine, always point the nosepiece towards an unoccupied area.
Before nailing, ensure the nosepiece is fully pressed against the workpiece surface; unsupported nailing is strictly prohibited. The Gas Nail Gun has a slight recoil when firing; hold it with both hands and stand firmly.
Never pull the trigger unless the nail gun’s nosepiece is firmly pressed against the workpiece to prevent nails from flying out and causing injury.
Before loading, check that the nails are free of bends or deformation, and that the magazine latch is fully engaged.
Empty the magazine completely before reloading to avoid mixing old and new nails, which can cause jamming. The F30 nail gun is only compatible with the corresponding specification of straight nails.
After work, remove the battery and gas canister, and clean accumulated dust from the nosepiece and magazine. If not used for an extended period, store the battery separately.
For the Gas Nail Gun, periodically check the condition of the sealing rings and spark plug. Nail guns must be stored in a dry place out of children's reach.
