F30 Straight Nail Dedicated: This machine is only compatible with F30 series straight nails (width approximately 1.0-1.2mm, thickness approximately 0.5-0.6mm), nail length 10-30mm. Other types of nails (such as staples, steel bar nails) cannot be mixed in. F30 is a commonly used woodworking specification, used for thin wood splicing, baseboard fixing, backboard nailing, etc.

20V Lithium Battery Powered: Uses a 20V battery compatible with other power tools in the Black Warrior series, providing ample power and strong nail penetration. Safety switch: The body is equipped with anti misoperation safety, and both the safety and trigger must be pressed simultaneously to fire, avoiding accidental nailing. There is a contact type safety device at the nozzle, which cannot fire when it is not tightly attached to the workpiece.

Depth adjustment knob: There is a nail depth adjustment knob near the nozzle, which can adjust the depth of the nail according to the hardness of the wood and the length of the nail, ensuring that the nail head is level or slightly sinks into the surface of the wood.

LED Lighting: An LED light is equipped at the front of the gun muzzle to illuminate the working area, enabling accurate positioning even in low-light environments.

Packaging and Shipping

BOSI rechargeable nail guns are packaged in color boxes: each machine, battery, charger, instruction manual, spare fuse, and other accessories are placed in separate compartments within a blister pack, then placed in a color-printed cardboard box.

The box size is designed according to the actual product, with a transparent window on the front to showcase the machine. The outer carton is made of thickened corrugated cardboard, with 5 units per carton (1/5PCS), and internal partitions to prevent collisions. Suitable for wholesale shipments of full cartons or retail sales of single units.

Air compressor: Although this machine does not require an air compressor, if there is a pneumatic nail gun, the two can complement each other - pneumatic for large engineering quantities and electric for small-scale movement.

Same Brand 20V Battery and Charger: This machine is compatible with batteries in the Persian Black Warrior series 20V power tools (drills, angle grinders, hammer drills, etc.), allowing you to use your existing batteries when purchasing the machine.

F30 straight nails: It is recommended to use genuine BOSI nails or high-quality galvanized straight nails to avoid nail jamming. Nail length should be selected according to wood thickness: 10-16mm for thin veneer and picture frames; 20-25mm for baseboards and molding; 30mm for keel splicing.

Woodworking fixture: Fix the wood with a fixture before nailing to prevent displacement and bending of the nails.
