Product Applications
Woodworking Board Cutting: Cuts plywood, multi-layer board, MDF, solid wood, etc. A 55mm cutting depth allows for one-pass cutting of common thickness cabinet boards (e.g., 18mm, 25mm). A high speed of 6000rpm ensures a smooth cut.
On-site Cutting: On-site cutting of ceiling plasterboard, OSB board, and wood framing; wireless lithium battery for easy movement, no wiring required.
Flooring Installation: Cutting of engineered wood flooring and solid wood composite flooring; 45° bevel cutting function for baseboards or corner splicing.
Cabinet/Wardrobe Installation: On-site trimming of board edges according to dimensions; lightweight design suitable for high-lift operations.
Model Making: Cutting of thin wood boards and acrylic sheets (requires a special saw blade); precise and controllable.
Outdoor Woodworking: Construction of patio platforms and flower stands; no external power supply required.
DIY Crafts: Making wooden crafts, pet houses, etc., easily operable by women (1.5kg).

FAQ
Q: What to do if the saw jams or the saw blade seizes up during cutting?
A: Immediately release the switch. Check if the saw blade is dull or installed in the wrong direction (saw teeth should face forward); the cutting speed is too fast or there are nails in the material. When restarting, first lift the saw blade and cut slowly.
Q: How to ensure straight cuts?
A: There are scale marks on the front of the base plate, align with the cutting line; a straightedge can also be used for assistance. The base plate of this machine is flat and the parallelism with the saw blade has been calibrated at the factory.
Q: How to replace the saw blade after it wears out?
A: Press the spindle lock, use the included wrench to loosen the fixing screw counterclockwise, remove the old saw blade, replace it with a new saw blade (note that the saw teeth direction should be consistent with the rotation arrow), and tighten the screw.
Q: How to adjust for a 45° bevel cut?
A: Loosen the beveling lock knob on the back of the base plate, tilt the base plate to the desired angle (there is a scale indication), and then tighten the knob. Perform a test cut to confirm the angle before cutting.
Q: Can it be used to cut metal?
A: The original woodworking saw blade cannot cut metal. For cutting aluminum profiles, etc., a dedicated saw blade (with more teeth) is required, and the speed must be matched. It is recommended to use a dedicated metal cutting machine.
