Model Selection Suggestion

Select by power: 450W is suitable for light work (plastic, cork, thin aluminum sheet); 550W is medium strength (hardwood, thin steel sheet); 810W is heavy work (thick steel plate, concrete auxiliary).

Select by drilling diameter: The maximum 10mm model is suitable for common hardware and woodworking; the 13mm model (BS660306) is suitable for scenarios requiring large holes.

Select by speed: 3300r/min is suitable for high-speed drilling with small diameter drill bits (wood, plastic); 1150-1300r/min is suitable for metal drilling, preventing overheating.

Select by head material: All-aluminum head (BS660306) has good heat dissipation and is suitable for long-term continuous operation.

Select by usage scenario: For high-altitude work, any model with a belt buckle is suitable; repair shops recommend the 810W-13mm model, which is versatile.

Product Advantages

Ergonomic Rubber-Coated Handle: Standard feature across the entire series, shock-absorbing and anti-slip, fatigue-free for extended use.

Belt Buckle: Practical design; can be temporarily hung on the belt during high-altitude or mobile operations, freeing up the hands.

Wear-resistant and Drop-proof Housing: Thickened engineering plastic, passed a 1-meter drop test, ensuring safer use on construction sites.

Two-stage Reduction Gear (some models): Greater torque, more powerful drilling, less prone to jamming.

All-aluminum drill head (J1Z-BS01-13A): Metal drill heads dissipate heat quickly, are impact-resistant, and have a longer lifespan.

Stepless Speed Control Switch: Speed is determined by the pressure applied, allowing for precise start-up control.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the Conventional Electric Drill smokes or overheats while drilling?

A: Stop the machine immediately. Check if the drill bit is dull or incompatible with the material; reduce continuous working time, withdrawing the chip remover every 5-10 seconds; check if the voltage is normal.

Q: Is it difficult to drill through steel plates with the 810W-13mm model?

A: Use a cobalt-containing drill bit, adjust the speed to the lowest setting (1300 rpm), add cutting fluid, drill a small hole first, then enlarge the hole.

Q: How do I install a belt buckle?

A: The belt buckle is pre-installed at the bottom of the machine body and can be directly inserted into the belt. If it needs to be removed, simply unscrew the fixing screw.

Q: Can an electric drill be used as a screwdriver?

A: Yes. Replace the screwdriver chuck, adjust to the low speed setting (if available), and press the control switch lightly. However, the electric drill has high torque, so be careful not to break small screws.
