BOSI's benchtop grinder series offers four sizes to meet diverse needs, from home DIY to industrial-grade precision grinding. All models feature pure copper motors, providing powerful yet low-noise operation; equipped with high-quality grinding wheels and high-strength steel gears for smooth operation; and a widened and thickened cast iron base effectively absorbs vibration, ensuring durability.
The 125mm (200W) and 150mm (370W) models are 220V, suitable for grinding small workpieces; the 200mm (550W) is suitable for general industrial use; and the 250mm (750W) is a 380V three-phase motor, suitable for heavy-duty continuous operation. The no-load speed for all models is 2840 rpm. Suitable for tool sharpening, deburring, rust removal, and metal surface polishing.

Product Application
Tool Sharpening: Grinding drill bits, lathe tools, milling cutters, scissors, kitchen knives, etc., using the side of the grinding wheel or a special fixture. 150mm/200mm models are recommended.
Deburring: Removing burrs and flash from the edges of metal parts (such as stamped parts and castings). 200W-550W are available, select according to workpiece size.
Rust Removal: Used with wire wheels or grinding wheels to remove rust from metal surfaces, preparing for welding or painting. The 750W heavy-duty model offers high efficiency.
Metal Grinding: Repairing weld spatter, smoothing cut surfaces, and chamfering. A 250mm large grinding wheel is suitable for grinding large areas.
Model Making: Grinding wooden or plastic model parts; a 200W small model with a fine grinding wheel is recommended.
Laboratory/Teaching: Metallographic sample grinding and polishing, and fitter training; a 125mm or 150mm model is safe and sufficient.

FAQ
Q: What to do if the grinding wheel vibrates excessively after starting?
A: Check if the grinding wheel is installed concentrically (whether the flange is locked flat); whether the grinding wheel is unevenly worn (needs to be dressed); whether the base is placed stably (rubber pads can be added).
Q: Is the grinding wheel surface clogged or dull?
A: Use a grinding wheel dresser (diamond pen or grinding wheel dressing block) to gently touch the surface of the rotating grinding wheel to remove the blockage layer and restore sharpness.
Q: Is the motor overheating severely?
A: Check for overload (excessive grinding pressure); whether the grinding wheel is stuck; whether the voltage is too low; whether the continuous working time is too long (it is recommended to stop the machine to cool down every 15 minutes).
Q: Can a 125mm grinding wheel be replaced with a 150mm grinding wheel?
A: No. The diameter of the grinding wheel must be consistent with the machine's nominal value, otherwise the protective cover will not match, and the high speed will easily break and cause injury.
Q: Can a three-phase grinding wheel machine (380V) be used with single-phase power?
A: No. Three-phase power must be used, otherwise the motor will not start or will burn out. A frequency converter can be installed (higher cost).
Q: How to maintain a grinding wheel?
A: Regularly clean the dust inside the casing; check the grinding wheel for cracks (listen to the sound by tapping); add grease to the bearings every six months; perform a balance test when replacing the grinding wheel.
