A: No. This Li-ion Brushless Screwdriver Drill is a flat drill and can only drill wood, plastic, and metal; it cannot drill concrete. For drilling walls, please use an impact drill or hammer drill.

Q: Why does the torque ring still slip after being adjusted to the drilling gear (drill icon)?

A: The drilling clutch is not working, but if the torque exceeds the motor's capacity, the motor may stall or stop, not slippage. Check if the drill bit is dull or the material is too hard.

Q: Is it normal for the battery to generate heat while charging?

A: Normal. The lithium battery will have a certain temperature rise during charging, but if it becomes abnormally hot (above 60℃), please stop charging and check the charger.
