Chrome Vanadium Steel Aviation Shears

The Chrome Vanadium Steel Aviation Shears of BOSI factory are finely forged with chrome vanadium steel (Cr-V), and the cutting edge is induction quenched. They can cut stainless steel plates below 0.6mm or iron plates below 1.2mm. Provide three types: straight cutting suitable for cutting straight or slightly curved lines;

Right cut is suitable for clockwise curves or right turns; Left scissors are suitable for counterclockwise curves or left turns. The specifications are all 10 inches (250mm), with a dual color soft rubber handle that feels comfortable to the touch.

Implement standard QB/T5375. Widely used in sheet metal processing, automotive maintenance, metal sheet cutting, ventilation duct production and other scenarios.

Product Advantages

Ordinary sheet metal shears have problems such as difficult cutting, difficulty turning, and many burrs on the cut. However, the Persian aviation shears three-piece set (straight shear + left shear + right shear) is different.

The right shear cuts smoothly along clockwise curves; the left shear handles counter-clockwise corners with ease; and the straight shear is highly efficient for straight-line cutting.

The cut surface is smooth after shearing, requiring no secondary sharpening. Each shear can be used approximately 500 times per month, and the blade edge remains sharp.

Packaging and Shipping

Each of BOSI Chrome Vanadium Steel Aviation Shears is individually wrapped in a rust-proof bag and then packed in a color box. Three shears (straight + left + right) can be packaged together or individually packed in a carton. The outer carton is made of thickened corrugated cardboard, with 48 shears per carton (6×8 arrangement). The inner lining is foam board to prevent collisions.

Full carton shipping is available by sea or air. Wooden pallets can be provided for bulk orders for reinforcement, suitable for export. FAQ

Q: How to distinguish between left-hand shears, right-hand shears, and straight shears? 

A: Check the color of the handle or the identification on the clamp body. Usually, the right cut has a red handle, the left cut is green or black, and the straight cut is yellow or natural color. When held with the right hand, the cutting line of the right clip is visible on the right side, and the cutting line of the left clip is visible on the left side. When unsure, you can try cutting waste materials: the right shear turns clockwise smoothly, and the left shear turns counterclockwise smoothly.

Q: Can it cut galvanized iron or aluminum sheets? 

A: Okay. The cutting capacity is 1.2mm or less for iron plates (including galvanized iron sheets), and thicker aluminum plates (about 2mm) can be cut. But it is not recommended to cut stainless steel plates beyond 0.6mm.

Q: What to do if the blade becomes dull? 

A: It is not recommended to self polish the edge of induction hardening, as it can easily damage the hardened layer. You can contact Persian after-sales service to provide sharpening services or purchase new scissors.

Q: What to do if it is very difficult to cut stainless steel? 

A: Confirm that the thickness of stainless steel does not exceed 0.6mm; operate with both hands and use lever force; If it still requires effort, the blade may have worn out and needs to be replaced.

Q: What to do if the two-color soft rubber handle falls off? 

A: It will not come off during normal use. If looseness is caused by high temperature or chemical corrosion, you can contact after-sales to evaluate whether it is within the warranty scope.
