BOSI Adjustable Wire Cutters feature forged chrome vanadium steel (Cr-V) jaws, heat-treated throughout, and high-frequency hardened blades, extending their service life by 30% compared to ordinary wire cutters. The jaws are adjustable via the connecting arm's external bolt, allowing for fine-tuning of the gap according to wear conditions to ensure smooth cutting.

Available in 7 sizes from 14 inches (350mm) to 48 inches (1200mm), with a maximum cutting diameter from 5mm to 16mm. Complies with standard QB/T2206. Suitable for shearing hard materials such as reinforcing bars, bolts, chains, and locks, and widely used in construction, power emergency repair, fire rescue, and waste recycling.

Precautions for Use

Do not cut beyond specifications: Do not cut steel bars or hard materials exceeding the maximum diameter, especially quenched steel or spring steel, to avoid chipping the cutting edge.

Regularly check the adjusting bolt: After a period of use, the blade gap may increase. Fine-tune using the connecting arm's outer bolt to ensure clean cutting. Tighten the nut after adjustment.

Add lubricating oil: Regularly drip machine oil into the shaft and adjusting bolt to maintain smooth opening and closing and prevent rust and jamming.

Rust-proof storage: After use, wipe the cutting edge and pliers body, apply rust-preventive oil, and store in a dry place. Although chrome vanadium steel has better rust resistance than carbon steel, it will still rust if exposed to moisture for a long time.

Do not strike: Do not strike the pliers body or blade with a hammer to avoid deformation or cracking.
