The precision-machined jaws, combined with a spring-loaded worm gear, ensure smooth opening and precise positioning. The handle is covered with TPR anti-slip material for a comfortable and effortless grip. Maximum opening ≥38mm.

The detachable head allows it to be used as an adjustable wrench when installed and as a pipe wrench when removed, offering dual functionality. It conforms to standard GB/T4440. Suitable for applications requiring simultaneous handling of hexagonal nuts and round pipe fittings, such as pipe installation, nut removal and installation, and machinery maintenance.

Product Working Principle

Adjustable Wrench Mode: When the head is installed, the opening size of the wrench can be adjusted by rotating the worm gear to clamp different sizes of hexagonal nuts or bolt heads. The precision-machined wrench jaws fit snugly against the nut to prevent slippage. The chrome-plated surface reduces friction and ensures smooth rotation.

Pipe wrench mode: After removing the head, the wrench body transforms into a toothed jaw similar to a pipe wrench, using leverage to clamp round pipe fittings. During rotation, the teeth engage the pipe wall, providing sufficient torque.

Springed worm gear: The worm gear incorporates a spring, providing a clear feel during adjustment and automatically eliminating backlash, keeping the wrench jaws stable and preventing loosening.

TPR Handle: Anti-slip and shock-absorbing, increases grip friction, and transmits torque more efficiently.

Q: What if the pipe wrench mode cannot clamp the fitting and it slips? 

A: Ensure that the surface of the pipe fittings is clean and free of oil; Adjust the opening to make the teeth closely adhere to the pipe wall; If the tooth pattern is worn, you can use a file to sharpen it or contact after-sales to replace the head.

Q: Why is the worm gear not adjusting smoothly in wrench mode? 

A: Drip lubricating oil and rotate repeatedly a few times; If it gets stuck, check if there are any foreign objects inside the worm gear.

Q: What size nut can be clamped with a maximum opening of 38mm? 

A: Compatible with nuts around M24 (approximately 36mm across flats). Can also clamp pipes up to 1-1/4 inches in diameter.
