FAQ

Q: What should I do if the ratchet wrench slips or idles? 

A: It may be due to wear on the internal spring or pawl of the ratchet. First, apply a few drops of lubricating oil and rotate the lever back and forth several times; if it still slips, contact after-sales service to replace the ratchet head (free within the warranty period).

Q: Can't press the quick release button? 

A: Check if there are any foreign objects stuck at the square head; you can clean it with WD-40 and tap it gently. If the spring is faulty, it needs to be repaired.

Q: What is the difference between a 24 tooth ratchet and a 72 tooth ratchet? 

A: 24 teeth rotate 15° per revolution, suitable for large torque and rough operation; 72 teeth rotate 5° per revolution, suitable for more precise small angle operation. This product has 24 teeth, is robust and durable, and suitable for automotive repair.

Q: Can it be used for impact wrenches?
