Semi-circular Caulking Gun

BOSI's semi-circular caulking gun is a 9-inch (225mm) model. The gun body is made of 1.0mm thick steel plate, making it sturdy and durable; the handle is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy, making it lightweight and not easily broken; the center moving rod design provides excellent braking and even, controllable glue dispensing; the feed plate is made of powder metallurgy material, which is high-strength and more durable.

Dimensions are 330×195×55mm. It conforms to standard QB/T5943. Suitable for applying cartridge adhesives such as glass glue, sealant, and structural adhesive, it is widely used in building decoration, door and window installation, and bathroom and kitchen appliance sealing.

FAQ

Q: The push plate slips and cannot push the glue? 

A: The feed plate is worn or there is a hard lump at the rear of the hose. Remove the feed plate to check the teeth; replace it if severely worn; replace the hose if it is deformed.

Q: The handle is pressed down but no glue comes out? 

A: Check if the hose tip has been cut open; if the nozzle is clogged; if the glue inside the hose has hardened. It could also be that the feed plate is not in contact with the hose tail; try pressing it several times to tighten the feed plate.

Q: Glue gun leaks glue or the glue comes out unevenly? 

A: Check if the hose fits tightly with the gun body; if the center moving rod is bent; if the brake pad is faulty. Adjust the moving rod stroke to ensure consistent glue dispensing with each press.

Q: Will the aluminum alloy handle break? 

A: The high-strength die-cast aluminum handle will not break under normal use. Avoid hammering or overloading. If there are cracks, it is a manufacturing defect and can be replaced free of charge.

Q: How to extend the life of the glue gun? 

A: Clean residual glue from the gun body promptly after use; regularly apply lubricating oil to the moving rod and pivot; do not store the glue gun under heavy objects.
