Q: What should I do if the heating element burns out? 

A: The heating element is a consumable part and is not covered by the 3-month warranty, but it can be purchased and replaced separately. Contact after-sales service for a matching heating element.

Q: Can't the exhaust temperature reach the set value? 

A: Check if the air inlet is blocked; if the voltage is too low (below 220V); if the heating wire is aging. If the above are ruled out, it may be a temperature control circuit fault and requires repair.
