The hammer head surface is mirror-polished for a beautiful and rust-proof finish. The claw end has an arc-shaped forked design for easy nail pulling. The handle is made of fiberglass-coated material, which is more robust and durable than traditional wooden handles, and has a shock-absorbing effect, providing a comfortable and effortless grip.

Hardness test: The hardness of the working surface of the hammerhead reaches HRC 48-55 after heat treatment, which meets the requirements of QB/T1290.8; the hardness of the claw end is HRC 45-50, and it does not bend when removing nails.

Impact toughness: The hammerhead underwent 10 free-fall impact tests (height 1.5m, steel anvil) without cracking or chipping.

Handle bending strength: The glass fiber handle is subjected to a static load of 200N without permanent deformation; the bonding force between the rubber coating and the core rod is ≥30N/cm².

Nail pulling ability: The horn end can pull out a common round nail with a diameter of 3.5mm and a length of 50mm, without the horn opening or breaking.

Surface quality: Roughness Ra≤0.4μm after mirror polishing, no rust spots or pits.
